● Enjoy online check-in/out! No front desk, access your lockbox anytime!
● We’re available 24/7 via phone / email / WhatsUpp in English
● For same day bookings made after 10:00 am, check-in will be at 17:00 pm
● We prepare the space by default according to the number of guests on your reservation.
● Important - The price shown refers to guests visiting Israel on a tourist visa (B2/B3/B4), present a copy of your entry slip for vat exemption. For Israeli Citizens, and other guests, please pay the 18% VAT which is mandatory to all expenses in Israel.
● In case our team needs to visit the apartment (either due to maintenance issues or because our guests asked us to supply/fix something), we will arrive and knock 3 times before entering. If we don't hear a response and figure you're not home, we will enter to address the issue.
● Our guests must be at least 18+ to book. Minors are under the responsibility of an adult.
● Smoking is prohibited in the rooms. A $100 room recovery fee will be charged for smoking in your room
● Any kind of bicycles, e-bikes and scooters are not allowed inside the building premises. Please lock them outside or best, leave them at a parking space for safety. Charging of electric bikes inside the building is strictly prohibited.

✦ The final price refers to guests visiting Israel on a tourist visa (B2/B3/B4). Israeli passport holders, or guests who don't present a copy of their border control pass and passport, will be charged an additional 18% VAT.
✦ Please note, this year will be accompanied by a lot of infrastructure work and railway construction in our area so there may be noises and disturbances during your stay, not on weekends. Apologies in advance for the noise.
