● Enjoy online check-in/out! No front desk, access your lockbox anytime!
● We’re available 24/7 via phone / email / WhatsUpp in English
● For same day bookings made after 10:00 am, check-in will be at 17:00 pm
● We prepare the space by default according to the number of guests on your reservation.
● Important - The price shown refers to guests visiting Israel on a tourist visa (B2/B3/B4), present a copy of your entry slip for vat exemption. For Israeli Citizens, and other guests, please pay the 18% VAT which is mandatory to all expenses in Israel.
● In case our team needs to visit the apartment (either due to maintenance issues or because our guests asked us to supply/fix something), we will arrive and knock 3 times before entering. If we don't hear a response and figure you're not home, we will enter to address the issue.
● Our guests must be at least 18+ to book. Minors are under the responsibility of an adult.
● Smoking is prohibited in the rooms. A $100 room recovery fee will be charged for smoking in your room
● Any kind of bicycles, e-bikes and scooters are not allowed inside the building premises. Please lock them outside or best, leave them at a parking space for safety. Charging of electric bikes inside the building is strictly prohibited.

Shalom everyone! We're the Loginn hotels family, born and raised in Tel Aviv.

We created Loginn because we believe hotels should be easy, digital and fun :) No reception lines, no bureaucracy - just self check-in, killer locations and a kitchenette in every room.

✤ This is a 14 SQM private studio apartment facing the back of Montefiore Street
✤ Clean building with an elevator, serves as a mix of Airbnb apartments and Hotel rooms
✤ Please note there are 6 stairs to climb
✤ Typical city noise - potential noise between 7 am - 7 pm (not every day, not in the weekends).
✤ Please note, this year will be accompanied by a lot of infrastructure work and railway construction in our area so there may be noises and disturbances during your stay, not on weekends. Apologies in advance for the noise.
✤ The final price refers to guests visiting Israel on a tourist visa (B2/B3/B4). Israeli passport holders, or guests who don't present a copy of their border control pass and passport, will be charged an additional 18% VAT.
