● Quiet hours after 23:00. Please respect our neighbors and don't be too loud, especially after 23:00.
● Parties and events are strictly prohibited
● The key for the apartment is unique and expensive to duplicate, around 150 ILS. Please, keep it with you to avoid extra charges and expensive vacation time wasted
● You're never left out, we're available 24/7 via phone & chat
● To keep our pricing competitive, we supply 1 set of towels and sheets per 1 cleaning fee paid.
● Dear smokers, please note there are fire alarms. So please- no smoking, we'd hate to charge damage fee of 100$ :(
● Please do NOT enter with any kind of bike / electric bike / scooters inside our building or space and lock them outside.
● Charging electric bikes or scooters in the apartment / building is strictly prohibited.
● The price shown on Airbnb refers to guests visiting Israel on a tourist visa (B2/B3/B4). Other guests, or guests who don't present a copy of their border control and government-issued ID, will be asked to pay an additional 18% VAT.

✌ This is a 60 SQM private apartment with a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, a small bedroom and a bathroom.
✌ Located on the 3rd floor in a well-maintained bauhouse building with an elevator and entrance code.
✌ The sofa in the living room is NOT a sofa bed (the size is 3x2). It can fit 2 guests, but we recommend up to 1 guest only.
✌ The key for the apartment is unique and expensive to duplicate, around 150 ILS. Please, keep it with you to avoid extra charges and expensive vacation time wasted.
✌ Please note that there's a 3rd room which is locked and cannot be open, and please keep it locked. It has our stuff inside.
✌ The final price refers to guests visiting Israel on a tourist visa (B2/B3/B4). Israeli passport holders, or guests who don't present a copy of their border control pass and passport, will be charged an additional 18% VAT.
